Ok, I won't get into where I've been for the last week.  You don't want to know.  But I'm here, and I've managed to hook myself up with Grandma, over at Grandma's Goulash again this Monday!  The rules are less than 120 for a Microfiction.

Edith was so embarrassed.  No matter where she took Eddie, he always managed to make a scene.  Ewww.  (that's an even 100 right there, thanks).

Have a good week, all.

Hello, M.B. This is a very fine µ-fiction story. I'd leave Eddie home! LOL

And what a productive "scene" about to become even more productive, it is! <--Because who wants Roasted Pumpkin Seeds?!?! I do! I do!

Easy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe (P.S. Don't just think of it as vomit. LOL!)

Serves: 4
150g (5 oz) pumpkin or squash seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins
1.Preheat the oven to 140 C / Gas mark 1. Line a baking tray with baking parchment or aluminium foil.
2.After removing the seeds from the pumpkin, rinse with water, and remove any strings and bits of squash. Pat dry, and place in a small bowl. Stir the olive oil and salt into the seeds until evenly coated. Spread out in an even layer on the prepared baking tray.
3.Bake for 15 minutes, or until seeds start to pop. Remove from oven and cool on the baking tray before serving.

Bone appetit!

Poor Eddie. I bet he doesn't mean to make a scene, especially THAT way! LOL

You just never know when a little one is going to throw up--not much warning sometimes. Thanks for the morning laugh!

I could really relate to this one. It has been well over thirty years, but I can still remember my daughter vomiting on a table at a pizzeria. A couple years later, she hit the revolving belt at the grocery checkout. Ah, the memories your story has evoked. lol
